When you sign up to Tidy, not only do we take the hassle out of scheduling customers, generating invoices, taking payments and tracking earnings – we even take the headache out of doing your annual accounts too. When you link your Tidy account to a new or existing Sage or QuickBooks account, you’ve just initiated our Pay as You Go Accounting feature.
Tidy integrates with both Sage and QuickBooks so that your transactions through the Tidy App feed seamlessly into your chosen accounts package. No monthly fees, no contract, no huge accountants bill at the end of each quarter or year.
Tidy charges a small fee for using our payment services, but we don’t charge extra to add a Sage or QuickBooks account – it’s included! So you’re spreading your costs and paying as you go .

Tidy App & card processing fees:
- Platform fee: For each payment accepted via the Tidy App, a small transaction fee of 2.5% applies. This fee is capped at £2.50 per transaction
- Card processing fee: To accept payments through Tidy you need to link to a Stripe account. Stripe applies a card processing fee of: 0.20p + 1.5% per transaction for standard card payments.
Integrate your Sage or QuickBooks account at no extra cost!
- Pay as You Go accounting: Integrate your Tidy account with Sage or QuickBooks and the transaction fees above remain the same. Tidy covers your accounting costs in our platform fee per transaction - saving you time, hassle and money!
